Submission Guide

All images must be:

• Converted to CMYK
• 300 dpi resolution
• At least 1/8" bleed

We accept: (in order of preference)

• Acrobat PDF (300 dpi • CMYK • fonts embedded)
• Quark 6 documents (fonts and images included)
• InDesign CS2 documents (fonts and images included)
• Photoshop CS2 (tif or eps • layers flattened)
• Illustrator CS2 (eps • layers flattened • text to outline)

We also accept files in earlier versions of the above programs.

Please specify:

Paper type and weight preferred:

• 80# text (coated or uncoated)
• 100# text (coated or uncoated)
• 80#, 90# or 100# cover (coated or uncoated)

Any finishing/production required:

• Folding, stitching, scoring, perforation etc.
• Mounting, laminating, encapsulating
